you need to wrap them tightly before you go on a run.. whether they hurt or not still wrap them for at least 2 weeks. Also try epsom salt in your warm/hot baths
omg. oh they are awful! i am so sorry! wish i could wave a magic want and make them go away.
advil baby. stock up!and new shoes or socks.
